MUSIC & SOUND

What happens when artists who have never crossed paths are invited into a shared space, not to “prove” their crafts but to surrender to play and generous creation? How does music transform when the outcome is not product but process? When ego dissolves, and improvisation becomes an experiment in-symbiosis?

Our musical programme curates, facilitates and mentors unlikely constellations of artists, guiding them into flow states & improvisation. Without the pressure of perfection, the space opens to awe, to anomalies, to the unpredictable surges of creativity that no single artist could summon alone.

The improvisatory act is like the dissolving of self in fanāʾ (the Sufi word for temporary annihilation of ego through rhythm, breath, and sound). Out of this dissolution, something greater emerges: a resonance that lingers not only as music, but as memory, as trance, as invitation into the very pulse of life itself…

We believe music is not only essential but a portal for resilience: a threshold into states of deep listening, communal attunement, and glimpses of what human creativity is capable of when freed from constraint. Our mission is to hold that threshold open: for artists, and for the generations of listeners who will taste its resonance.

“Constructed as a five-act play, the track follows the rebellious journey of a protagonist named Mārid, a disobedient jinn in Islamic folklore. The track’s intro features aggressive noise textures that represent angels screaming, before morphing into a cacophony of danceable pulsating basslines and abrasive synths as we reach the catharsis peak of Mārid’s downfall, exploring notions of ascension and disruption.”
